Buta was responsive, efficiently relaying communication between us and the vendor. He has an approachable personality and is a hard working agent. He was helpful in facilitating due diligence inspections and was able to provide some helpful information to us that helped our decision along. When there was difference in opinion, he was not overly assertive and respectful of the buyers wishes.
