Stacy and her entire team at Explore Property were absolutely wonderful to deal with from start to finish. Stacy’s sound knowledge and experience in the industry is impeccable and her regular communication helped us to feel reassured and clear about the way forward. I highly recommend Stacy and would say there is no one else I would turn to for support when selling or buying a property. Thanks so much, Stacy and team. It was an absolute pleasure.

I can’t praise Stacy highly enough for the job she did selling my property. As I was interstate during the whole process Stacy not only gave me the excellent advice to get work done on the property prior to selling (money that was repaid in multiples with the final selling price), but she assisted with organising that work in my absence. The sale process was quick and delivered, if anything, above the price that we were hoping for. Stacy’s diligence, honesty and support was priceless!

We have just purchased a property through Stacy and she and Tali were wonderful. We had been looking for a while but so many agents these days aren’t interested in helping. We called about a unit and it was already under contract, Stacy was quick to offer other properties and offer a one on one inspections, which is almost unheard of in this market. We really appreciated the one on one feel and not looking with a bunch of other people. We loved working with Stacy and Tali. They were so helpful throughout the entire process and communication was great. Highly recommend these ladies at Explore.

Stacy and her team were incredibly knowledgeable, speedy to respond to our questions and enquiries, and with a real feel for the real estate market and pricing, provided us the best possible outcome when selling our property. We have worked with Stacy twice now, along with our Son, purchasing his first home. Very happy in all situations, so we highly recommend Stacy.

I have now brought and sold with Stacy. Stacy's experience and knowledge is unmatched. The communication with Stacy and her team was appreciated.

Very happy with the service! Stacy and Tali kept me informed and made the sale so simple and easy! Thanks guys Hopefully can keep in touch for the next property in the future

Simply impressed by Stacy’s professional skills and efficiency. Her strategy to sell our property was brilliant, which certainly had delivered us a rather satisfying result. Her understanding of the market was incredible. From operational aspect we’re concerned by the short period from uploading ad online to opening home, how wrong we were, so many potential buyers turned up.

Stacy was really easy to deal with during the sale of our property, she was up front about everything and did exactly what she promised. No nasty surprises, no lies, no hassles! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, we're really happy we chose her. Thanks Stacy & Tali.

Stacy and her team organised a professional campaign which resulted in a timely sale of my property. I was kept informed along the way. Stacy is reliable and gets results.

Stacy Brand is friendly, warm, professional & honest. Stacy & her team provided us with excellent service, they have an extensive knowledge of the property market in the area. We found Stacy to be approachable & contactable, keeping us well informed at all times. Stacy explained the entire process, providing support & guidance the whole way. Our property was sold swiftly & effortlessly at a price that was above our expectations. We would truly recommend Stacy & her team as property agents.

Was a pleasure meeting and dealing with Stacy, she made the whole process of buying my dream house easy and a memorable experience!
