This is our 2nd time using Explore Property. First time sold in 2 days, 2nd time around - sold before it even went to market. It was a smooth transaction and would recommend any of the team at Explore.
Selling your house is usually a stressful time. Stacy’s professionalism and knowledge made the process easy. Most of all we valued her input and her guidance throughout the process. Her advice during the negotiation period saved us thousands of dollars.
Stacy's knowledge of Real Estate around the Mackay area was second to none. We found Stacy very professional & pleasant when it came to the sale of our home. We were caused very minimal inconvenience during house inspections and feedback was forthcoming and honest. Our home sold within 6 weeks of going on the market and our expectations were met. Thank you Stacy.
