I have used Stacy twice now to sell a property. She is great at organising all the little things that need to happen around getting a property on the market, organising maintenance of it and selling it. On this occasion we sold at the first open after negotiating with the buyers to increase their offer. She is really good at keeping you informed of progress etc. Highly recommend her.
Stacy made us feel relaxed and at ease knowing we were in good hands during the sale of our home. Her confidence made us feel confident. We cannot recommend Stacy and the Explore team enough. Thank you so much for helping us achieve one of our goals.
I feel so lucky have Stacy in selling our house. She always listens to what we want and does what we need. She sold our house quickly and in good prices. I will recommend her to everyone.

Stacey made me feel very comfortable and eased me through this experience with her knowledge and help. thanks, Stacey for everything including your patience
Stacy has a very good understanding of the current local market. She has the ability & vision to look outside the box when recommending options for marketing the property.
I ask for Stacey’s expertise over 18 months ago to get an understanding of the housing market in Blacks Beach. Stacey kept me informed of the housing market situation which lead me to use her to sell my house. Stacey’s had a great variety of marketing options and kept me informed of any progress every week. Her determination and willingness to sell my property was outstanding. I would highly recommend Stacey Brand and her team to anyone selling real estate.
