Don't go anywhere other than Explore Property and Stacy Brand they are excellent and provide a service better than all the others.

Stacy and her team have been super easy to engage with in buying my first home.

Was given excellent advice on projected sale price. Followed up with details and kept us well informed of all developments in the sale process. Made the sale effortless and enhanced the experience so would gladly recommend her to anyone selling or buying.

Has been really good Didn't think it would be as easy as it was. Would highly recommend. Darci did well.

Very good market knowledge & service. Always updating & refreshing listing to keep current.

She could answer any questions that we needed and was with us every step of the way.

Stacy was very professional and friendly and easy to deal with.

This is the 2nd home we have bought through Stacy and she has made the process Super easy!

We currently live in Adelaide and was selling an investment property in MacKay, not knowing Stacy I was very impressed with her dedication and work ethic. The property was sold very quickly and the communication between Stacy and us was excellent, no issues with the sale was always kept informed. Well done Stacy.

From our very first communications all our dealings with Stacy have been outstanding. Stacy's professionalism, communication and knowledge resulted in a successful and hassle free sales process. Her genuine compassion and respect for all parties involved; vendor, tenants and buyer stand her apart from many other agents and we would not hesitate recommending Stacy.

Stacey’s knowledge and experience with the local market was spot on. Communications were fast, easy and above all prompt and reliable. I thoroughly recommend Stacey to anyone who is looking for an agent who makes everything seem easy.

Another sale from Stacy Brand and again very happy seller. This is second time we used Stacy as our real estate agent. Selling 2bdr unit, we had price we would like to achieve from the sale and have to say; Stacy again proved her professionalism in real estate field and sold our unit well above that price. It is pleasure to work with her, you don't have to do much, because everything is very well organized from her side. And guess what? We are selling second unit soon and no surprize; Stacy Brand will be THE AGENT again. If you want an agent who can successfully negotiate your sale and bring it to your happy ending, definitely get her! Happy sellers Peter and Blanka Crossan
