After trying to sell our house with Stacy back in 2014, we found that we were never going to get the price we wanted due to the downturn. Stacy was helpful throughout this process, kept us well informed and did everything in her power to sell it, however we decided to take it off the market. Over the next 7 years, Stacy kept in touch to let us know where the market was at, and eventually when it was at a price that we would be happy with. We put it back on the market and she was able to sell it for $20k more than we listed it for! Very happy with the service and highly recommended.
