We were extremely happy working with Sugarth. His communication is excellent. He was always professional and honest about the market and what the outcomes were for our property. I would recommend him and his team for your property needs.
I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Resider for the sale of my unit recently considering the journey was a daunting task due to red flags associated to the unit, but their entire team was fantastic every step of the way especially with Dhaval who managed the sale for us. From landing potential buyers to helping securing the sale contract, they were always available and communicated by providing report for each open home conducted. They also profoundly understood the housing market in my area, which allowed us to get a potential buyer that exceeded our expectations. “Beyond their expertise and professionalism, the team was amicable and kind throughout our unit selling process. They answered all my questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood what I was doing and why it was necessary.” “I’m so glad I chose Resider for my real estate process needs. Their knowledge and experience, combined with their patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services!”
