Sugath was a pleasure to work with. He was very honest and prompt answering all my questions about the property prior to the auction, and made the process of doing my due diligence a breeze. Realistic estimates on the final sale price in their price guide for the property so buyers did not waste their time attending inspections and auctions for a place out of their price range. When we were looking to upsize we approached Sugath at Resider Real Estate to find our next home. We have a very busy schedule with kids and family commitments and didn’t have much time to go through so many open homes etc. Sugath identified our needs and found us the perfect home. They also helped us with arranging the finance through their channels and everything went so smooth. It was such a positive experience and we are happy to recommend Sugath and the Resider team if you are looking to buy or sell.

We had been looking for a month until we came across Sugath from Resider Homes. We found him to be very professional and went out of his way to help us through the process. He took allot of interest in what we needed and followed us up on numerous occasions when a property would arise that suited us. Although we had an unsuccessful auction he was there with us every step of the way and then followed us up the same day to assure us he will do his best to find us a property. That property did come along very quickly and Sugath did a great job in guiding us the best he could and making whole process stress free. Great work Sugath and thankyou. Was very impressed.
