I just sold my house with First National Plenty Valley. Sugaths’ professionalism, dedication, knowledge and helpfulness was astounding. This was proved by the fact that he sold our house in “8 DAYS”. I have no hesitation in recommending Sugath to anyone wishing to sell, buy or rent a home. 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks again Sugath 👍👍

We are happy the property sold on Thursday's auction at a price we like - above $600,000. Thank you so much. More importantly, the entire selling process with you made us feel the marketing campaign was in good hands. It was systematically executed and you made it a point to keep us informed. You recommended a strategy that worked well - property styling and auction. You also conveyed timely information on buyers' interest each week which we appreciate very much and set realistic expectations. We are glad we have engaged you and not any other agency. Throughout the campaign, we were convinced you wanted to get us the best outcome, and this is especially important after our bad experience with the previous agent. We are truly grateful for the work you have done on the sale. 🙏🙏🙏

Sugath is genuine, personable, honest, insightful and infinitely professional in all aspects. He was quick to respond to queries and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Sugath to anyone wanting to sell their home, knowing they would get a sincere, respectful agent doing the very best for them.

The team was awesome, especially Jane Bulic ( 5 Stars) who was very patient and supportive with her time and arranging for the various contractors in getting the property ready for sale and the various works required. She was timely with information, updates and replies.

Sugath is an outstanding and highly professional real estate agent, he’s the very best in the industry! I had Sugath appraise my home over many years with great patience and market accuracy. He stood out head and shoulders above other agents I spoke to. When it came to finally listing and selling my family home 3 weeks ago, I was very grateful to have Sugath there for his sensitivity and kindness. Sugath had already done the necessary ground work and sprang into action selling my home within weeks of it being listed! Amazing result!

Upon meeting Sugath we were impressed immediately and choose him as our agent to sell our home. Throughout the process we found Sugath to be very Professional, Genuine, and Reliable, he kept us up to date regularly. Sugath went above and beyond our expectations, we are extremely happy with the results. We highly recommend Sugath.

Very professional, their team also very good team work and very fast

What can I say. Just a wow service from Sugath and his team. Sugath is a highly efficient agent who knows his game and is one who pays attention to his client needs. We have known him for few years now and all I can say is he is more a family to us. He helped us selling our property in Mernda in no time and that too during the turbulent covid times. He found us a buyer in under a weeks time and helped us secure the price we were looking for. Sugath is highly professional in all his dealings, transparent and a very knowledgeable individual. You cannot go wrong with him. We live in Sydney, but he made the whole sale process of our Mernda property very smooth for us . Cant thank him enough. I would highly recommend him and his team if you are looking for a reliable agent for the job.
