Sugath sold our investment property in Mernda, in the lead up to the Melbourne Covid-19 lockdown. I've met Sugath in different property inspections and he was the one who told me about claiming the FHOG for a property under 5y old - as I always thought it needed to be brand new. This statement broaden my search to other properties in the market. He was kind enough to send me the links to confirm this information as I was quite doubtful. I expressed interest in this property 3 times and Sugath helped me negotiating the price of the property as it was out of my budget. The whole process was online, stress-free and easy. He was prompt to respond to my many emails and texts and I felt he wasn't annoyed at my many questions as I have experiences with other agents. I also thought a quick settlement was preferred to seal the deal, but Sugath suggested a longer settlement period due to the COVID delays.
