My choice of agent proved very simple as I had used Sugath' s office for my rental properties and decided to keep it simple and choose Sugarth to sell one of these properties. How lucky was I ? Sugath and his team proved to be spot on with their knowledge and their expectation of the price as to what I may be able to achieve with the sale of the property. Sugath and his team constantly updated me on how the sale program was travelling and what we were achieving during this time. In short I would honestly recommend Sugath to anyone looking for a honest upfront agent.

Sugath is very experience and has sold our property at the shortest possible time at the highest possible price. He has exceeded our expectation!

I would highly recommend Sugath (Stockdale and Leggo - South Morang) if you are planning to sell your property in Mernda, Doreen and South Morang suburbs. He is very professional, honest, reliable and easy to deal with. He has good knowledge and understanding of the market, great communication and negotiation skills and a great team who work together to deliver the best results for their customers. A big thanks to Sugath and his team for making the sale process a very easy and simple one for me.

I am really pleased with the great results that Sugath and his team delivered. I chose Sugath to sell my investment property based on his excellent ratings, and glad that I did so. He gave a realistic appraisal and was understanding that I was quite busy, so he took care of organising tradesmen to do the necessary works to make the property well and presentable. Thank you for delivering on your promise.

My husband and I are very pleased with Sugath. It is our first time to sell the house, and Sugath has been so patient to assist us from the beginning of the selling process until end. Sugath has answered lots of our enquiries or questions, so we have learnt a lot from him. Also he is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much Sugath

I can sincerely say that Sugath Warnasuriya is an excellent Agent. His market knowledge and negotiation skills are of an extremely high calibre and he works for the benefit of his client. Sugath negotiated a difficult Sale of our home for us and his understanding of circumstances gave us great confidence to continue to the Sale. Sugath's moral compass in business and on a personal level is to be admired. He is a genuine and sincere man who I recommend most highly. Margaret McDonald

Sugath impressed me from the get-go. He listened to my specific concerns on selling my investment property and formulated a plan in place to successfully manage the tenants so there would be a fantastic outcome for all parties. Sugath has the ability to make a first time seller feel comfortable with the process and his approachability was the main reason I chose him for such a milestone- selling my first house. He tailors his approach depending on the property and I would recommend him highly. Thank you Sugath!
