Sugath had helped us buying our first home very efficiently... He was reachable and communicated in detail.

good experience without any problem dealing with Sugath and stockdale so far.

Was very impressed with Sugath as an agent. He was very helpful and upfront with the full process. Maintained genuine interest and professionalism from start to finish.

Working with Sugath was great, he was friendly and helpful. Has great knowledge of the local area and market. We would happily use Sugath again and would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling in the northern suburbs.

Dear Sugath A few words come to mind about the effort you and your staff were able to deliver in the recent sale of my home in Mernda. Outstanding, unbeatable, great, amazing, fantastic, satisfying, are just some of the words that come to mind. Fay and I would like to thank you, so much for being able to deliver what you promised and then some. We would be happy to recommend you and your company to anyone thinking of selling in the future and wanting a great result in the sale of their home. Once again thank you mate, now I know why you are the number one agent in Mernda Cheers Roy & Fay

At your first meeting with him, he says something and he sticks to it

Professional agent, responding quick, keeping you updated.

Sugath has been wonderful throughout the whole process of selling our home. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and took great effort to keep in contact with us for each OFI, enquiry and offer. He acted in our interest with regards to the sale format of our home, putting it to auction is always risky, however sigath proved that he understands the current trends of our local area and held out for auction day, this resulted in a fantastic price for us and a smooth auction day in general. We feel honoured that sugath gave us the opportunity to be featured in a Herald Sun article about real estate in Mernda, and feel the added publicity aided the interest and sale of our house. We have already and will continue to recommed Sugath and Stockdale and Leggo South Morang to friend, family and Co-workers. Many thanks Sugath.

Very helpful. Communication was great. Very happy with the outcome.

Sugath is a fantastic agent in whom I specifically chose to sell my home based on previous contact with him as a landlord. He is professional, respectful and appreciated all of my concerns in relation to the sale of my home. Sugath was honest with his expectations of sale price and did not increase figures as an incentive for me to choose him as my agent, unlike a previous real estate agent with the sale of my first home. Sugath communication skills are above and beyond, answering my calls as soon as he could, and contacting me when he needed, including after hours post open house inspections. Sugath made me feel apart of the sale process at all times. I would highly recommend Sugath to anyone whom is looking to sell, buy, or rent. Thank you Sugath! Samantha

My husband and I were under a very tight timeframe and had no idea what to expect with selling our home. We reached out to Sugath who was very prompt in getting in touch with us and got the ball rolling. We were informed every step of the way and received an amazing result. Sugath and his team were very professional and provided a service that was beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Sugath and his team at Stockdale & Leggo to anyone who wants a reliable agent that gets the job done.

We are relocating to Tasmania and had purchased a home there. Therefore it was vital for us to sell our property here in Mernda quickly to settle both properties simultaneously. My meeting with Sugath and researching agents on the internet indicated to us he was definetly the one to sell our property. Sugath assured us from the start he would sell our property. Throughout the sale,he was respectful of our wishes, always informed us of the movements and developments of interest in the house and most importantly he was very confident of a sale which in turn kept our confidence up too. Sugath sold our home in 2 weeks at a fantastic price! We would highly recommend Sugath. His ability to sell is exceptional! We are extremely grateful and believe no other agent would have gained the same result. Thankyou so much Sugath. Tasmania and a new chapter to our life ' here we come" Rose and Ian
