Sugath made our experience a no stress process and nothing was a issue. His dialogue made the job of selecting him as our agent very easy. To work around our family and always answering the phone was extremely grateful. If you want a agent that actually cares about your family, your home and your goals - Sugath is your man!!!

Sugath was a pleasure to deal with, he was transparent throughout the whole process. As a buyers agent that all I can ask for. In my opinion Sugath is a market leader in the area who shows a real point of difference. When the time comes to sell, I wouldn't hesitate in calling Sugath and his team.

We highly recommend Sugath Warnasuriya, to everyone wanting to sell their home. Our experience with Sugath and Jane, was wonderful, from the beginning to the very end. Throughout the process of selling our home, we experienced an honest and integral man. Accompanied, with excellent communication. Simultaneously being respectful, polite and professional. Sugath sold our home, within 3 weeks, to the day, of listing it, for an excellent price. Sugath went above and beyond his profession. We prefer to give him a 10 star rating. However, a 5 star rating will have to do, at the present moment. Thank you Sugath, from the bottom of our hearts, in achieving an excellent result, in the sale of our home. Also for, the amazing person that you are, and the wonderful experience we shared, in that moment, in time. Peter & Helen Lauretig

Once again thank you Sugath and Jane for selling the property. Sarah, Michael and John

For what felt like a difficult property to sell and during a difficult time of the year (Christmas) Sugath maintained a good level of enthusiasm and optimism in all engagements and communications.

Sugath is very responsible agent. High efficiency. Agent you can trust. I leave everything to let him settle and he have done a great job. Manage to find buyer within a short time frame. And really determined and focus on helping me to sell the property. I am very happy that I have find a agent that is committed to help owner like myself. Is a right decision that I have trusted and give him exclusive right to market and he have done a awesome job. Highly recommended.

It was such a great pleasure to deal with Sugath and his friendly staff at Stockdale and Leggo in the selling of our home. As novices to the real estate game we were impressed with Sugaths knowledge and guidance on this journey for our family. We couldnt more highly recommend him to others, infact we already have. His standards of practice exceeded our highest expectations and were so overjoyed with the outcome in what became a quick sale of our home. Sugath and Jane were always there to answer our calls and put us at ease with any questions we had. We cant thank him enough!

I would certainly recommend Sugarth, and Stockdale and Leggo The communication, respect and caring attitude has made the sale of my house very easy for me.
