Our experience with Stockdale & Leggo was phenomenal. Sugath and his team went above and beyond in every single way to help us get the best result with selling our property. They were very professional and always available, they made the whole process easy and convenient.

Mr Sugath Warnasuriya, has recently assisted in the sale of two of my properties in South Morang. His honest advice and great knowledge in the local real estate market has achieved great results for us.

Sugath knows South Morang market really very well. He is very professional in all aspect of service one could expect from a Real Estate agent including but not limited to communication, coordination, and approachability. I would highly recommend Sugath and his team for their service.

Sugath's agency (Stockdale & Leggo South Morang) had managed this rental property for some time and as we'd had good experiences we decided, when it came time, to give Sugath the opportunity to sell it. We were not disappointed. Sugath was able to make the sale in only a couple of weeks for a price near the top of the range. He gave us great assistance, recommending a stylist who was able to make the property presentation look stunning. His communication was excellent, keeping us updated as the process progressed and his negotiation skills were first class effectively tying up the sale in one afternoon. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sugath.

We thank you Sugath and we also thank your wonderful team. Your service is second to none. We have had you sell 2 of our homes and each time you have made it such a smooth process. We particularly love your honesty and mannerism and you and your team are always cheerful, reliable and very helpful. I wish you every bit of success and would definitely recommend you to all our family and friends.

My wife and I would like to thank Sugath for the excellent service we received from him, and his team, when selling our house recently. .Sugath was genuinely excited at the opportunity to sell our home seeing its value in the location in which it was presented. His confident approach was very reassuring to us and he gave positive suggestions for improving the financial outcome. We did not hesitate to borrow the money required to bring our home up to a first class standard and we more than doubled that investment in the return that brought on the final price. He had a well considered sales strategy and did his best to limit the financial investment required in bringing the home to sale. I would happily use Sugath again should we move back to the area.

Dealing with a Sugath was a fine stress free experience. He was honest, straightforward and very helpful in getting a decent price for the house. All things considered, it was a good outcome.

We were very pleased with Sugaths assistance in selling our home, his market knowledge, credibility and honesty were greatly appreciated, no hidden agendas or issues like we have experienced in the past from other realtor companies. Both Sugath and Colin were gentlemen from the beginning to settlement! Very pleased with the outcome.

Sugath and his team are fantastic. We have bought and sold through Sugath over the past few years and I would recommend him to anyone looking at selling their property. We were well informed throughout the whole process and the work that he and Jane do is fantastic. Thank you!

Thank-you Sugath. Your expertise, local knowledge and negotiation skills are second to none. We are extremely happy that we made the choice to engage your services to sell our home. Your understanding of the real estate market and ability to select the best strategy for the market conditions resulted in us selling our house prior to auction. Although we had approached several local agents prior to putting our house on the market, we are glad that we chose Stockdale and Leggo Mill Park. For anyone currently considering real estate agents, you can't go past Sugath. In our opinion, he really is the best agent in town.

Sugath recently sold 3 properties for our family and in all 3 he and his team conducted themselves in a professional and open manner. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any person in either the buying or selling market to use their services. A pleasure to deal with on all fronts !!!!

Sugath and his sales team are an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would recommend any seller to use their sales knowledge and experience. For my next sale or purchase I would not bother going anywhere else as the service was first class !!!!
