We had a wonderful experience with Dave and his team

We can’t thank the team at Team Neilson enough for their support and professionalism during the recent purchase of our new family home. We made a split minute decision to view the property then put in an offer and they were there to help us at any time we needed them to get the purchase over the line. Prompt, reliable and expert service and great communication skills - whether you’re buying or selling, you can’t go wrong with Team Neilson!

Sold by Nick Johnston - one of the Remax Team Neilson Bayside Properties members. Great communicator and job well done again.

Handled very professionally as usual - 2 sales to one buyer too. Like that.

Very professionally handled as usual.

Dave and his team delivered exactly what they promised - we were extremely pleased with the outcome they achieved for us and would highly recommend to family and friends.
