Dave is a highly professional and extremely knowledgeable agent and leader. He gained a record price for my property which was 45% above any previous sales in the complex. Dave was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process and I have since recommended him to other friends who were equally happy with their results.

Great result in selling a slightly different property, fantastic strategy and excellent communication.

Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with when selling our home.Dave's marketing knowledge is outstanding. Also our experience dealing with Nick from Dave's team was so pleasant and we feel the way he handled the whole process was professional and a lot less stressful then we could ever imagined. They always kept us up to date on everything that was going on with the sale. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or buy.

Team Nielson went above and beyond to make the purchase of our first home possible. Great communication, and happy to answer our questions. Definitely recommend!

We wanted to provide feedback on the wonderful service Team Nielson provided on the recent purchase of our new home. You, especially Elsebe provided us with service that exceeded our expectations and we truly appreciated your prompt, professional and personal service. We never felt like just a number, you went out of your way to make sure that we received personalized service, you were always available for any questions we had and you would always follow up and provide us with an update. We could not imagine finding our dream home without your help!

We really enjoyed working with Nick Johnstone and the Dave Neilson Remax Nick has been great to work with and was integral in achieving our goal of buying a home.

Happy with the price I got and everything that the sales team have done. Both Elsebe and Dave have done an excellent job for me.

Overall everything possible was done to expedite my requests for information, inspection, financial data and more. There wasn't any aspect of the process including the eventual purchase by me that was faulty or flawed.

Dave and Steve were great. Dave initially came to see us and I was impressed by his sales ethics. Steve was the one who achieved the price we were after and followed up with answers to my questions promptly. Great work Team Remax.
