When selecting a Real Estate Agent its good to know you have someone on your side when it comes to getting the price that you need to seal the deal. Team Neilson have these skills and in the end we left our home in Redland Bay close to our target price. Selling your home is not an enjoyable task however we were pleased to find that Libby at the Office end understood where we were at so big kudos for that moral support and understanding.

Thanks for your effort. Well done.

I cannot express how happy we have been with Dave and his team. We went from planning to buy our dream house in a year or 2, to buying, selling and moving into our beautiful new home within 6 weeks. Dave was so helpful at every point and nothing was too much to ask. I would highly recommend Dave and team to anyone buying or selling.

As a buyer I was very pleased with Team Neilson's follow through from the signing of the contract right up to settlement. The house we were buying had tenants with a few complications and Team Neilson managed the process very well.

Buying my house through Steve was very easy and a pleasure. He kept me informed and was open and honest at all times. He assisted in aspects that weren't his responsibility which was highly appreciated. He accommodated all of my requests with a smile on his face. Highly recommend Steve to anybody buying or selling a house.

I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND ALL WHO WAS ASSOCIATED WITH SELLING OUR PROPERTY AT 4 WHIPBIRD CIRCUIT. FROM MEETING WITH DAVID INITIALLY AND HAVING THE PROFESSIONAL SALES TEAM KEEP ME UP TO SPEED WITH ALL THE INTEREST AND ENQUIRES. THE PROPERTY WAS CORRECTLY PRICED AND MARKETED WHICH ACHIEVED AN EXPEDIATED SALE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEAM NEILSON TO MY ASSOCIATES. THANK YOU.

We have bought and sold several houses in the past couple of years and I find Nathan's honesty and cut to the chase approach very refreshing. As I am not a person to waste time I appreciated this type of approach. It was smooth sailing from the first moment.

Juggling the expectations of us as a seller and as a buyer, Team Neilson helped us deal with making decisions in a fluid market place that potentially has different outcomes according to any moment in time. The Principal of Team Neilson and his trusty next best go-to person served us well, helping us navigate these stressful waters to a safe haven - another home which we love even more than the one we sold.

I would highly recommend Team Neilson to any potential buyer or seller. Well done Team Neilson. You guys did a remarkable job marketing our units in Ormiston. Thanks Again. Stuart McQueen. Palacio Property Group.

From the beginning Dave and his team showed consummate professionalism and integrity. In a difficult market Dave showed persistence and optimism culminating in a successful outcome for both the seller and buyer. Many thanks Dave, we appreciated your help through the entire sales process. Best Regards P & K Richards
