Tim did an excellent job in presenting and marketing property. Sometimes there was a bit of communication breakdown but generally he was very good. Given the eventual price, I think the estimation of value was on the low side which might have resulted in a low reserve. Given we were paying a substantial bonus for a price over the reserve, it is possible the property was undervalued to inflate the bonus, although that is difficult to assess. Generally, we were very happy.

Tim Heavyside and his team were very helpful and supportive with the sale of our property. They did a wonderfull job with what could only be described as a very different type of property and not to mention a hard to deal with purchaser. We also would like to give a special thank you to Tim's PA, Allison, for feeding our cats in the morning so we could go house hunting over night.

Tim has sold two properties for us and we have been exceptionally happy with Tim's performance during both campaigns. Tim possesses excellent local market knowledge and provides very accurate property appraisals. His talent as an auctioneer has to be seen to be believed.
