We have a very short time with Tim and might not be able to write an experience. That was in late Sunday evening and it was raining and covid 19 was in an alarming level! Overall all, it was ok. He also has a good assistant Spring who allowed us to stay at the property while she went back to office to get the printed section 32 for us. We didn't do any further check on anything before purchasing.
