
We worked with Tim, Harley Toyle and the whole team at Fletchers Canterbury in buying the two Canterbury properties, but also in selling another property in a neighbouring suburb. We came into the buying process quite late but were immediately impressed by how we were guided and how our offers were shaped to keep us competitive and in the frame. We participated in a boardroom auction which was calm and professionally conducted and we came away completely satisfied. The follow up of the sale and administration was first class and very timely. On the evening of the sale we nutted out a plan to sell the other property and Tim and the team turned around preparation of all the marketing properties and had it on the market within 4 days. They then sold it in 4 days as COVID 19 was escalating and the real estate environment was deteriorating. Both the selling and buying experience have been incredible and we have been impressed with their ability to make things happen and get the job done. They were very communicative and very responsive, even to minor details.The phone is answered by a human being, calls ,texts and emails are returned promptly in a very happy and reassuring way. Nothing was too much trouble and even in these difficult times in real estate, they remained positive and showed a willingness to adapt, taking us on the journey with them. We appreciate very much what Tim and the Fletchers Canterbury team have achieved for us.
