He has an excellent team of support professionals to handle the marketing material which allows Tim to completely focus on all perspective purchasers. The valuation of our property ended up being inaccurate (overvalued by about 20%), which meant we didn't attract many to inspections, and had to adjust the price twice during the campaign, and again after auction. Tim's team worked very hard in the days leading up to and after the auction and to their credit succeeded in getting a deal done (which was no guaranteed thing). Ultimately, we were satisfied with the price, as it was probably a fair reflection of what the market was willing to pay. Hard to say if a better price could have been achieved if the property had have been more accurately valued from the start of the campaign, but obviously would have preferred to have that opportunity.
