We'd only been looking for a property for a short time when we spotted the house on Mizzen Street online. Within a couple of hours, we were on the phone with Byron, and he organised a private inspection for us the very next day. From the start, Byron was upfront, honest and easy to deal with. We always felt like we had a clear understanding of the property and never felt like anything was being hidden from us. We ended up making an offer within 48 hours, before the first public open home.
