Professional, Honest and Great Communication from Start to Finish

We'd only been looking for a property for a short time when we spotted the house on Mizzen Street online. Within a couple of hours, we were on the phone with Byron, and he organised a private inspection for us the very next day. From the start, Byron was upfront, honest and easy to deal with. We always felt like we had a clear understanding of the property and never felt like anything was being hidden from us. We ended up making an offer within 48 hours, before the first public open home. There was some back and forth on price, but Byron communicated really well throughout the process and kept us updated every step of the way. We always felt comfortable and informed, which made what can be a stressful process much easier. No question was ever too big or too small. If Byron didn't have an answer straight away, he would quickly find out and come back to us. He was responsive, professional and genuinely helpful the whole way through. A nice touch was Byron arranging for us to meet the seller before settlement so they could show us how everything worked around the property, including the pool. It made the handover process much smoother and was something we really appreciated. We settled yesterday and couldn't be happier with the experience. Byron and the team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish, and we'd happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
