It has not been easy to buy/sell real estate in the middle of a pandemic with state borders closed but Byrony has achieved it with patience and professionalism. From the time two university students turned up to inspect a $1.3m home till settlement everything has gone smoothly and with no fuss. My grandchildren now have somewhere safe to live in Brisbane while they attend UQ and, hopefully, the borders will open soon and I can get a look at my purchase. From my initial contact with Byrony, who had been recommended to me by mutual acquaintances, said agent immediately created an aura of professional, albeit not combined with any demands or take it, or leave it, attitudes. One never experienced any doubts about the competency of Byrony, not that of her most compliant and professional team members, all of whom were a delight to interact and communicate. Abundant information and copies of materials were constantly submitted to me, the vendor. It was akin to some one holding your hand during what can be an emotional and disturbing period, when one decides to sell a house, in which one has had many enjoyable experiences. Byrony fully understood that predicament and was most understanding and sympathetic. As stated in the classics, all's well that ends well and so this has come to pass. I would not hesitate to recommend Byrony and her team members to undertake any processes associated with real eastate.
