When interviewing for an agent to sell our property in Taringa we were presented with two clear choices (by different agents). The property had been rented for a few years and was looking a bit tired and the first agent we interviewed advised us to not do anything to the place and sell cheap but quickly. Byrony however advised us to spend a bit of money on a tidy up and some styling, and chase a higher price . The differences in the expected sell price from the agents was about 10%. We selected Byrony - she engaged various contractors on our behalf to complete the tidy up, co-ordinated the works for us and delivered us a speedy sale at the price she thought we would achieve. We were extremely happy with the process and would have no hesitation at recommending Byrony to anyone selling their property.

Byrony has been absolutely unbelievable! Our house was probably one of the toughest sales she's ever had but Byrony displayed it pre-market, project managed trades and held open houses over months just to get it done.
