There are some people that are so good at their job that they deserve PRAISE. Trevor Bowen is one of those people. Trevor has now sold SEVEN town houses for me in Cheltenham. His local knowledge, work ethic and personal touch are second to none. I cannot begin to explain how delighted I am with Trevor and how amazing the results have been. He even managed to get my properties on TV and in the paper. How's that for promotion? Just call Trevor if you want an agent who will go above and beyond for you!

We have been in the Golden Triangle of Cheltenham, Melbourne for 24 years. Trevor Bowen, Buxtons Mentone agent has been well known and active for many of those years. We engaged Trevor to sell our property and it has been an excellent experience. Trevor initially gave strong advice and direction as to where the strategy should lie. He also gave advice on the house presentation that ultimately proved very valuable to the sale. Throughout the sales period Trevor was in constant communication with us and gave weekly updates as to the progress of the advertising campaign. Open for Inspection days he gave immediate feedback. Auction day came and with consultation with Trevor and the auctioneer prior to the auction, a realistic reserve price was agreed upon. This proved the correct course of action and a highly successful result was achieved. Trevor Bowen is highly recommended by us. Rob & Karen Bradbery

Trevor went above and beyond to sell our property. He had great knowledge of the area and of the current market. He was available at any time of the day for our questions. Our house sold for 70k above the reserve and we couldn't be happier.

Trevor supported us right from the start, gave us great detail in how to present our home, it didn't take long to receive remarkable offers, and we received at top price. Communication was excellent, late night calls, always following up to answer our questions. Trevor worked around the clock to support our sale, and to ensure a top price was achieved. I would rate Trevor as a the best salesman in this area, and terrific to talk too. I would recommend Trevor to every prospective seller. You will not be disappointed. Thank you kindly, Darren and Kathryn

We had previously used the same agent with buying and selling homes, but this time we decided to go with Trevor. We had met him previously at an open house and was honest that we were there to have a scope around not to buy. He was polite and understanding. Trevor sells majority of the houses in our area and knows the market and the streets well. We weren't 100% on selling but relocating interstate we thought a sale might assist us financially. Trevor met with myself first and then came back to reassure my husband he could get us a worthy price for our specially built home. He was confident he could see it off market and sell it he did. Within 5 days he had an offer and it was a record sale for our street. Trevor is a family man and understands the personal reasons for us moving. He has supported us the whole way and is even assisting us finding a home in QLD and being a personal reference. We cant thank him enough he has been a breath of fresh air. Always available via phone or email, our offer was signed at 9pm at night! Thank you Trevor for being an honest and reliable agent you have changed our lives!

From our very first meeting with Trevor we knew he was our man. His wealth of local knowledge and years of real estate experience instantly instilled us with confidence. He did a great job throughly explaining the market, tactics to get the best result and set realistic expectations. Being our first time selling a property we were naturally a bit apprehensive but Trev made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process. We were constantly updated with the campaign’s progress and we truely felt like we could call on Trev anytime if we needed. Despite a snap lockdown throwing a spanner in the works right at the last minute we were able to switch seamlessly to an online auction and achieve an absolutely incredible result. Thank you Trev, Mayor of Cheltenham.

We were very happy that we decided to go with Trevor Bowen. His local knowledge and experience provided a strong campaign that led to multiple bidders competing on sale day. Trevor provided sound direction for presentation and marketing throughout the process that ultimately added value to our overall campaign.

We chose Trevor because of his professionalism, honesty and wealth of knowledge of the local area to sell our parents home. Along with his great assistant Nickole we were kept informed of the progress and updated regularly. They eased any concerns we had. Lockdown hit just prior to the auction which made it more stressful but we were reassured with his calm approach all would be ok. He got the job done with a great result prior to the on line auction. Mum and Dad were thrilled and so were we. Thank you Trevor and Nickole you are a great team.

Trevor has been an incredible agent right from the get go. Selling my late Mums home was a huge step for my sisters and I, Trevor was the best person we could have chosen to partner with. Through the whole process he was empathetic, explained everything so it wouldn't be overwhelming, he made me feel safe and in good hands. Trevor really does go above and beyond for his client. Communicating and organising with 3 sisters is no easy feat and Trevor did it without fault. He was so helpful in explaining the market to us, realistic expectations and how to get the best result. No question was too small or annoying, he would always answer everything we needed even if he had to repeat himself. Trevor is so friendly and I'm stoked with the outcome. I will be forever grateful.

We recently used Trevor as the agent in selling our investment property. From the initial meeting through to the auction day we were always impressed with his knowledge ,professional approach and communication. He always kept us informed of progress throughout the campaign and we appreciated his candour and feedback. Trevor works with integrity and succeeds with integrity. He made numerous recommendations on how to present the property and explained clearly the benefits of doing so. We were happy to accept his recommendations and were glad that we did because in the end we sold the property at auction and we were very happy with the result.Apart from being professional in his approach we also found Trevor to be very easy to get on with and we always had faith in his ability to deliver for us. We are already talking to Trevor about the next property we want him to sell being our own home and can give him no greater endorsement than that.We would not hesitate to use his services again and we would highly recommend Trevor and his team at Buxtons.

Dealing with Trevor Bowen was an absolute professional experience, his communication skills and local knowledge of the golden triangle is why we selected Trevor to sell a 2nd property for us in Cheltenham. Trevor and Nickole was always available to give regular updates on the progression of our sale and I would not hesitate to recommend Trevor to anyone wishing to sell their property. We received a terrific result on the day of the auction and Trevor’s honest advice and guidance through the whole experience was exactly the outcome. Thanks again to Nikcole for her care and attention.
