Trevor was nothing short of impressive, as agent for selling our house in Cheltenham. While we achieved an outstanding result, equally important and what also stood out for us was Trevor’s close and personal involvement and communication throughout. From the time we first met with Trevor, we recognised integrity and built confidence quickly - he did not offer up ‘pie in the sky’ figures and statements, just facts and data. Otherwise following and trusting Trevor’s advice, we have no doubt, landed us the best outcome possible. Whilst we had a beautifully restored house, holding many personal memories, its location was the biggest challenge - again, the advice and tips from Trevor, on how to market the house were invaluable; from the photos to the video - the additional costs of these, repaid themselves twice over. So much of the contact with all parties took place well outside of normal business hours and there was never a grumble from Trevor about this. In recent times I have seen some people attempt to sell their properties through "out of area" agents and this has not always been successful.
