We found Trevor very easy to deal with and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. "No question too small". He kept us updated after every open for inspection which was really great. If he felt something needed doing to the house to improve it we took this on board and as a result we feel he helped us to get top dollar. I would highly recommend him.

Trevor tried his best to market the property in the manner that had been used many times by him on prior occasions. However, I still doubt whether styling the property achieved a higher price. I agreed to undertake the advertising suggested by him and did not cut costs in this regard. Because the property did not attain the price that I had hoped (which would have been similar to properties in this area) I felt our goal was not obtained and this was reflected by placing a "Not Disclosed" figure in the advertised auction results.
We just recently bought our home from Trevor is the "golden triangle" in Cheltenham. His extensive local knowledge and commitment to his work certainly had a big impact on us as buyers. He has also gone above and beyond after the sale, ensuring that our transition is smooth and welcoming. Trevor Bowen was fantastic from the moment I met him. Everything he promised, he delivered. A few minor jobs to be done by tradies, all organised by Trevor, just small invoices to pay. Landscapers and stylists were organised by Trevor. They arrived and gave no obligation quotes and advice. Having Trevor manage the sale of my property removed all the stress. He was approachable and available at all times. He always responded quickly to my texts and messages if he couldn't answer immediately. Seriously, a class act. I didn't think there were any agents like this any more!
