I have had dealings with Trevor Bowen over the last 5 years, and he never fails to impress me. His experience, local market awareness, and down to earth honest approach are qualities which set him apart from the crowd. Buying or selling, you cannot fail with Trevor on your team!

I can totally recommend Trevor Bowen, and the whole O'Brien team for their professionalism and diligence. Trev gave me detailed feedback of each open for inspection and kept me in the loop. He has a keen eye for details and made many recommendations including de- cluttering, painting and repairing the fence, changing a study into another bedroom, with huge potential therein, and re painting a purple feature wall into a more neutral shade, all if which made a big difference and enhanced my property greatly. He is very thorough, cheerful and has good people skills that puts one at ease. It has been an excellent campaign with wonderful results, mostly thanks to him. I am very happy to have been a client of his and wish him every success with his career. Sonia Cousins 3/1 Wallingford St Cheltenham 3192

Trevor Bowen was fantastic from the moment I met him. Everything he promised, he delivered. A few minor jobs to be done by tradies, all organised by Trevor, just small invoices to pay. Landscapers and stylists were organised by Trevor. They arrived and gave no obligation quotes and advice. Having Trevor manage the sale of my property removed all the stress. He was approachable and available at all times. He always responded quickly to my texts and messages if he couldn't answer immediately. Seriously, a class act. I didn't think there were any agents like this any more!

Trevor called me back from an auction listing I had visited in Cheltenham days prior. He found out what house my wife and I were looking for and called us back within the day with a perfect property that was not even listed on the market yet. He was with his family but went out of his way to let us view the property the same day. We were extremely impressed with Trevor's professionalism and dedication in helping us achieve our goal of living in Cheltenham within our budget. We admire his drive and passion for his job and this is representative of the targets he has achieved through the marketing and sales of all of his properties. We will not be leaving our beautiful Cheltenham home anytime soon but Trevor will definitely be on top of our list as the right agent to represent us in the future.

I am writing to say thank you for your professionalism, time, advice, assistance and support in relation to acquiring Unit 4/1325 Nepean Hwy, Cheltenham. Throughout the course of our meetings you have continually gone beyond the ‘call of duty’ in helping me acquire the aforementioned property. Thanks to your efforts, I have been able to acquire the ‘great Australian dream’ and restart my life with my children after a difficult period. I also want to take this opportunity to thank your staff for their professionalism and excellent customer service when dealing with my questions and enquires prior to and since acquiring the property. You will be my first port of call if I have any future property requirements. I am more than happy to provide you with this testimonial and recommend you and O’Brien Real Estate, Mentone, to my family, friends and any future property purchaser. I am more than happy to tell people that when they deal with you they are in safe hands. Many Thanks Nick

My family and I had been looking for a house for quite some time across a number of suburbs and met a great deal of real estate agents. Trevor was the most genuine one that we came across and that was evident straight away. He has always followed up, kept in touch, kept in mind what we were looking for in a home. His knowledge of the Cheltenham area and real estate is very evident and he has a great deal of contacts which is how we were able to find our home. Trevor went above and beyond to help us purchase our home and we wouldn't have been able to secure our home without such exceptional service from Trevor as it was a very complicated sale. He takes pride in his work, is friendly, and dedicated to his clients (both vendors and buyers). We highly recommend Trevor to anyone who is looking for a agent who genuinely cares.

I would recommend Trevor to all prospective vendors. Trevor is a professional, and takes pride in his work delivering results. We are very happy with the outcome of our recent sale. Thanks for all your help Trevor.

Trevor and the team at O'Brien Real Estate Mentone are the ultimate professionals. Trevor is extremely well informed about the local market and his approach is honest and passionate. From the moment we signed with O'Brien, to the day of the auction, Trevor was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us informed about the progress of the campaign at every stage, which made for a stress free sale process. We trusted him completely to ge the best possible sale price for our property and we weren't disappointed. We would highly recommend Trevor and the team at O'Brien Real Estate. They are the best in the business.

From the moment we decided to sell our property we had one or two agents in mind. After investigating Sales in the Golden Triangle, it was clear to us that Trevor and the O'Brien Mentone team were the experts in this area having achieved fantastic results. Their personalised service, expertise in the market and holistic marketing strategy ensured that we were able to sell our property for in excess of 10% more than what other estate agents were suggesting. I found Trevor and the team to be very communicative, informative, and attentive to detail. I felt comfortable that the advice I was getting was accurate and considered. This resulted in an Auction that was a complete success. I have no hesitate recommending Trevor and the team for your next Sale.

I have been looking for a house for 12 months and have been dealing with many Real Estate Agents every week. Trevor stood out in the crowd. Our first interaction was Trevor talking about the area (which he lives in and loves). He was very thorough with contact and checked in with me before and after the sale. He came over after I moved in as someone had left a sign on my fence. Trevor noticed that my window was open and called me to check that I was ok and if he could help. Trevor takes a real pride in his work and goes that extra mile to make sure that the experience was a happy one. I highly recommend Trevor to anyone who is looking for an agent.

We sold the house and that was the result we were after.

Very happy with Trevor :)
