After a previous campaign lasting four months delivering only one crashed contract it was so refreshing to do business with Tristan. Everything about the experience was so organised, professional and confidence-inspiring. In the week before Christmas Tristan and his team organised a building inspection, engineers report, minor roof repairs, and gave attention to all the details that addressed buyer concerns. Wow! The photography and marketing campaign really showcased the property, with the new campaign launched early in January. Six days on Tristan had it sold!
