Selling my property through Wendy was a seamless experience. Her professionalism and excellent communication made the process smooth and simple. Her knowledge and experience gave me confidence and she achieved a great result in the current market. Her service was outstanding and I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone wishing to sell.
Wendy was very polished and professional from the very start. She and her staff were able to provide us with the information we needed in a precise and efficient manner. Phone calls were returned promptly and we were made to feel like valued customers. On our first meeting Wendy was prompt, professional and knew the area and market extremely well. She exceeded our expectations. We were kept informed throughout the entire process and were regularly updated. We believe we received the best outcome possible for the sale of our home. Wendy made this happen and gave us confidence at every step. Thank you Wendy and the team for a truly positive experience!!
Wendy guided me through from start to finish of the promotion to the sale with advice along the way. Wendy was sympathetic as this was a deceased estate. I would highly recommend Wendy.
I can’t thank Wendy enough for her guidance and professionalism with the listing and sale of my Mums property over the past few weeks. Wendy and her team have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with during the entire time. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Wendy came highly recommended to me and I have been extremely happy with all aspects of her work and assistance. I would highly recommend Wendy and her team to anyone wishing to sell or buy real estate. I will certainly be giving her my home when we decide to sell and downsize in the not too distant future. My greatest thanks and appreciation go to Wendy, Pennii, Emma and any other team members that were involved in the sale. Many thanks Kind regards Kerry
Wendy was very professional and extremely knowledgeable who guided me through the whole process. She was transparent and told me the facts and figures upfront and when things changed e.g the change in the sales market, so I would know exactly what to expect and not have high expectations based on previous years. I appreciated her honesty and integrity which she upheld through the entire process. I can congratulate not only Wendy, but her entire team as they were all extremely helpful through the whole sales process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wendy and her team to any future seller or purchaser.
When first meeting Wendy, we were very impressed with her professionalism. We viewed the property only the week prior to the auction and had many questions and clarifications that were required in order for us to bid. It was Wendy’s quick response time and can do attitude that helped us decide to commit to purchase, nothing was too difficult for her. If not for Wendy’s hard work in obtaining answers to our questions, we wouldn’t have been able to complete our due diligence on the property. We are extremely happy with our new purchase and have no hesitation in recommending Wendy and her team to any prospective seller or buyer. Sincerely, Ray & Michelle.
We have used Wendy to sell, buy and property manage now for the past 7 years. I would highly recommend anyone to sell through Wendy and the Ray White Caringbah team. Thank you for everything you have done for our family over the years Wendy!
I have had the pleasure of selling two properties and purchasing another from Wendy. During each process I was given constructive and fair advice. The friendliness of Wendy and her team helped to make the selling and buying a walk in the park. I would happily recommend Ray White Caringbah.
From the very first meeting to the final signing of the contracts, Wendy and her team have given the upmost professional yet honest and personable service. The communication (which was important to us) given from Wendy and her team was great, from timing of opens to what the sellers feedback was and much more. We put all our trust in Wendy and asked for her advise often, and she delivered every time. Wendy's work ethic is second to none! We would highly recommend Wendy and the Ray White team
