Whilst I’m certain Wendy might be the principal and hopefully she took care of the vendor, but as the buyer we never met her at all. We were shown the house by her staff and when it come to settlement, another one of her staff was there to hand over the keys. Given the commission made on selling these properties, maybe something better than a $20 bottle of Jacobs Creek bubbles is in order?
