Would highly recommend Cain as a property sales rep.

We first met Cain when we purchased our property a few years ago. He was courteous, punctual and efficient. Even after the contract was unconditional he was very obliging when we wanted to see and enter the house again for various reasons. When we decided to sell the house earler this year, it seemed natural that we would ask Cain to handle the sale. His professional but easy to deal with manner made him the obvious choice and many times, we were so glad we had gone with him again. Not only did he give us advice on a couple of quick and easy ways to enhance a particular feature, but, once the house was on the market he had a signed contract within a week. Cannot praise Cain enough.
