Caitlin Bath is 'the' model agent. She presents as professional, knowledgeable of the property's features and in-tune with the purchaser's requirements and situation. Upon meeting Caitlin, I felt immediately at ease. As well as being professional, Caitlin is warm and extremely genuine, which allows a buyer to be open about not only the financial requirements but also the situation and timeline in place. Caitlin doesn't sell herself - she sells the property - she knows the property - she is transparent about any 'quirks' and versed with the properties 'good values'. I attended the property with an attitude that 'it will be what it will be', but it was so much more - it ticked every wish-box and that begins the race to secure the deal. In a market with more buyers than properties available, it's not a certain position nor starting point. The effort that was put in by Caitlin and one of the Principals of First National, Jacinta, to get this sale across the line (in a 24 hr period) was second to none - and it was a tight race! Having been gazumped on another property, just the evening prior to inspecting this property, emotions running high, disappointment waiting at the forefront ... none of which came to fruition ... the girls of First National could not have assisted in any greater way, and I am very grateful for and of their assistance. I'm now looking forward to the decorating, gardening and revamping back to the mid-60s/70s of 'the purchase'. As I said, Caitlin is 'the' model agent - ring, call, knock on First National's door!
