He was quick to give me honest advice on how much money to spend on presentation of the property, as well as how much (and where) I should focus our advertising dollar. I feel that he then went about giving a fair market appraisal of the property, which was tough to do as property prices were falling at the time. Finally he ended up selling the property quickly, and for a good price which were my two most important conditions. Well done Callum and Tayla for a job well done.
