I found Callum MacPherson to be an outstanding agent! He provided an accurate estimate on my investment property’s potential market value, not an over inflated price like some agents do and then condition you after the first open. I had a tenant in the property at the time. He was not pushy to put my property on the market ASAP, but rather suggested to achieve the best result wait four months till the tenant vacates.
