I found dealing with Callum to be quite easy. Once we had agreed to the sale price and advertising price, everything went very smoothly. At the time I required access to cash and could not afford advertising up front. Callum was very reasonable and agreed to collect these fees after the sale of the house or at a time when I had that money available whichever came first. Whilst the transaction [purchase] was quick and simple, all over in a matter of a few days, it was painless and both parties reached their ultimate goal. Responses were prompt, and to the point.
