We recently sold our investment property in Frankston using Callum. I found Callum to be honest, reliable and a hardworking real estate agent. He was always contactable and very easy to get along with, keeping us constantly informed about the process and what was going on, no matter when it was. His team at Hocking Stuart were also great dealing with the paper work and administrative side if things. We were very happy with the end result and his appraisal prior to putting it on the market was spot on. I would highly recommend Callum and if I ever sold a property down that way again, would not even consider using anyone else.

Hi. Well this is really the first house I've ever bought myself and consequently I was a little 'green'. I was surprised at how quickly it all happened and my own insecurities and lack of knowledge of the processes caused me to question the wisdom of it somewhat.
