A difficult property to sell with only moderate interest but Callum called on all his experience and contacts including additional mid week openings to maximise throughput of potential buyers. Even though our property was fully renovated, staged, and immaculate ... at the end of the day if we had had a poor agent, a cheaper marketing campaign and lazy auctioneer we could have suffered a much different result.
