Our experience with Callum has been brilliant. Callum is professional and very helpful. Callum has been very responsive and always answers his phone. He understands the needs of both parties, the seller and purchasers. He always does his best to accommodate everyone's needs. He is very fair and understanding. Callum is honest and has a great process in place using digital and information technology to make everything easy and seamless. We've had a great experience and certainly recommend Callum to anyone wanting to buy or sell property.

We first heard about Upside when we purchased a property through them in Canberra. It was then that I saw their rates for selling a property which was about half of what other real estate agents were charging. When the decision came to sell, I was put in touch with Callum Rogers and the process began. From start to finish, Callum was helpful, proactive, and efficient. He was an excellent communicator - he called as needed, and ensured documentation was completed in a timely manner. He worked hard to get us the best price for our property and we were pleased with the results. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again!
