Calvin and Jim were consummate professionals throughout the entire campaign. They have a deep understanding of our suburb & found buyers with a genuine interest in living here. They were also very realistic about what could be achieved in our market. As an auctioneer Calvins performance was as expected; polished, high tempo, but most importantly, respectful of the bidders (no arrogance or hubris). He and his team come highly recommended.

Calvin is a very experience real estate agent. He has a good professional knowledge on real estate market and good personality when he deal with customs. We are very happy with his hard work on selling our property which reached an above our expectation result. Well done Calvin!

After speaking with three local estate agents, we chose Buxtons Box Hill. From the time of our very first meeting with Calvin and Jim, we gained the impression that they had an appetite for our business. Throughout the advertising campaign, Calvin kept us very well informed on the progress to date. He conducted an outstanding auction which resulted in an outcome that we had aimed for. Thank you to Calvin and his team.

I could not recommend Calvin Chan highly enough for achieving such an expectational sale price for my home. It was sold within 1 week! They have the resources and an extensive data base covering the eastern suburbs. I am very grateful for his exceptional service

We'd like to thank Calvin Chan for a job exceptionally well done in selling our property, even before the scheduled timeline, and for a price beyond our expectations. My husband chose Calvin amongst many agents, and rightly so as we were impressed with his smooth operating skills, friendliness, and unassuming yet reassuring confidence and professionalism. The marketing strategy Calvin offered and our conversations inspired trust and peace of mind. It was a great outcome for all involved.

Calvin works seriously and professionally. When I received his analysis of the open for inspections from email at mid-night on Sunday, I was truly moved. I think he is a very good operator.

Calivin Chan and his team were very profesional available for questions at all times and very friendly. I would advise anyone to use them.

Calvin and his team are the clear standouts in the Box Hill North area, they are extremely knowledgeable and know the local market inside out. We were satisfied with the advice given and the result on the day of sale, especially given the current market.
