Calvin, Jim and the team at Buxton Box Hill are a well oiled auction machine. They know the local market inside out and work extremely well together to secure the highest auction result. Calvin provides sound advice, and was very responsive to all my texts, calls and emails. He readily advised me on my new home purchase too, before I’d even signed on. My friends now wish they’d used Calvin for their recent auction. It was wonderful to work with Calvin. He made my dreams come true.

Dealing with Buxton and entrusting Calvin in particular in the sale of our home was smooth sailing. The stylists he recommended made such a dollar difference on day of auction; apparently the highest selling house in the street ever! Calvin kept us in the loop with prospective buyers throughout the campaign with weekly reports and the gift pack after the sale at auction was so thoughtful and added a personal touch. I would definitely recommend Buxton for prospective vendors in the Box Hill area
