Calvin & his team were exemplary in their conduct of the marketing and sale of our home. Calvin & team have excellent communication & inter-personal skills taking into consideration our particular requests for information and advice. The auction was conducted in a very engaging and professional manner. We look forward to Buxton to assist us in a further property purchase.
Calvin's knowledge of the current market was realistic and his attention to detail was strongly researched. He used his extensive resources and updated me after each OFI. He made the on-line auction experience positive and successful.
Calvin was helpful and easy-going throughout our long sale period (interrupted by lockdown). He listened well and communicated clearly. We were relieved to be able to sell before Christmas and are grateful for his help.
Calvin was very helpful and proved a very good service. He managed the expectations of the outcome and process very well.
Calvin was the most polite, respectful and understanding agent. He was 100% committed in assisting our family get the best possible price. He was professional, explained clearly how they manage the sale, and supplied feedback and advice throughout the whole campaign. Forever thankful we chose him and his team.
My husband and I just sold our house on the weekend. Calvin was our lead agent and we found him to be an honest, articulate and an intelligent person. As we live in another city we communicated via Zoom meetings and felt that we could trust the sale of our house to Calvin and his team. They are a mulitlingual team so we knew that when it came time for the auction they could cater to all potential buyers. During the auction Calvin was calm, professional and had the right amount of humour to keep everybody relaxed. We were really happy with the price we got for our family home and know that Calvin and his team worked hard to get the best price for us. Thanks Calvin!
Calvin and his team were very professional to deal with. Their knowledge of the market and advice was crucial in fetching the highest price for my property. I couldn't be happier with the outcome achieved and highly recommend Calvin and his team to anyone considering putting their property on the market in Box Hill and surrounding areas.
We had Calvin helping us sell our home during lockdown. What we appreciated most was Calvin ability to be very responsive to all our questions and keeping us in the loop. During time of uncertainty it was great to have lots of reassurance.
Thanks again Calvin, Jim & Grainy for the way you handled our Auction. And a big thanks to Grainy for being the point of contact for our OFI's... They all work really well together.

My first conversation was with Calvin when we were choosing agents. Calvin impressed immediately as he was well informed, data driven and had intimate knowledge of the Box Hill area. The marketing and selling strategy he proposed was of a high standard. His team were able to implement our online campaign promptly and effectively. In conjunction with Steven Yuen they delivered an outstanding result for us.
