Calvin was able to sell my property off-market against all odds through his network and database contacts. I was stuck overseas during the whole process and Calvin was able to get me an excellent outcome despite not advertising the property online. He also helped managed the whole moving out process as well as I was not able come back to Melbourne in time. If you are looking for minimal fuss with great service and outcomes look no further than Calvin Chan.

We were looking around for an estate agent to sell my mothers home in Burwood. One of my friends recommended Calvin to us. She had just sold her parents family home and got great satisfaction from the result Calvin achieved . At first, we were not too sure what to expect. It didn’t take long for us to realise that we had made a fantastic choice. Together with Calvin’s local experience, he displayed a great amount of knowledge on all the workings of bringing a house to sale. Communication was brilliant - he answered every phone call, email and text message we sent in a most timely fashion. The sale was arranged during a pandemic and lockdowns and we ended up with an online auction were Calvin’s brilliance as an auctioneer was evident. I am more than happy to highly rate his efforts during a stressful time. Many thanks again.

We chose Buxton Box Hill and Calvin based on our research and without a doubt, Calvin and his team possessed the local experience, knowledge and skill that would deliver us a great outcome. Throughout our research we discovered that Calvin has exceptional auctioneering skills and works very hard leaving no stone unturned to extract the very last bid, with memorable one-liners to bring a sense of humour and entertainment to the auction. A nice guy without a big ego, Calvin was accommodating and easy to deal with making himself accessible and was responsive on all occasions. He was able instil a sense of confidence throughout the campaign based on the advice he provided and, insight into market movement. We highly recommend Calvin and the Box Hill Buxton team for any prospective vendor.

Calvin is a true professional. He has an exceptional work ethic and his skills as an auctioneer are outstanding. He targeted the right market for our online auction which led to a very competitive auction. He then worked the online auction superbly to extract every last bid out of the registered buyers. I could not recommend him and Jim Chen at Buxton's more highly. Nice guys without big egos totally dedicated to their customers .

A skilled and highly capable agent with strong market knowledge and a professional approach. We would have no hesitation in recommending Calvin and the team at Buxton Box Hill.

Calvin was highly professional and managed this sale extremely well from the initial contact through to the sale. His understanding of the area was sound, the communication was excellent, and his responsiveness was on point. Overall, this was a very positive experience, despite the challenges of multiple covid lockdowns impacting the sales campaign. I would absolutely have Calvin sell more properties and would recommend him to my family and friends looking for an agent.

Putting the house on the market was a nerve wracking experience in these locked down uncertain times. Calvin was professional and respectful, whilst i knew he a very good knowledge of the area and great reviews, it was still a scary proposition to sell a house with no open days where people would be able to get a connection. He assured us he would be able to sell it and kept us informed of the interested parties. I could not have expected anyone to work the auction any harder than he did and a satisfactory result was achieved. Thank you

Although we had an long term relationship with another agent in mind for selling of our property, when we met Calvin & Jim, we felt very peaceful and comfortable with their knowledge of the market and strategies for the campaign. Even their responses to questions by our emails and phone calls were so quick that we felt relieved we were with the right agent for this campaign. Well done, Calvin, and thank you for the great experience you provided us!

Calvin is a first class agent. He knows the Box Hill market like no other. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to sell in the area. 5⭐️

Calvin presented himself with a great level of confidence and professionalism from day 1. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge and insight he had into the local markets, he has the track record to back it up and proved it through his actions over the entire campaign. Despite unforeseen lockdowns, Calvin and his team were always in control. We pivoted to an online auction and I never doubted that we would still achieve a good outcome. Highly recommend anyone to consider entrusting their property to Calvin

Calvin made the whole process of selling my property so easy from start to finish. I was very pleased with the marketing and Calvin kept me up to date throughout the campaign. He is a very approachable and nice person as well as very professional. His knowledge of the market and skills as an auctioneer are excellent and I can highly recommend him. Thank you so much Calvin for achieving such a good result.

I engaged Calvin to sell my parents home. Calvin was polite, respectful and understanding of the emotions involved with the sale of the long-held family home. Calvin had a very clear marketing plan and auction strategy. The campaign resulted in an impressive collection of genuine buyers and the sale price achieved clearly set a precedent in the area. My parents were overwhelmed with the result. I cannot speak highly enough about Calvin's demeanour, patience and impeccable manners. We could not have hoped for a better experience and it was a genuine pleasure to work in collaboration with such a wonderful Agent. Thank you again Calvin.
