Though I’d never met Cam Saba prior to selling my property, after our first encounter I found him to be so very natural & incredibly easy to relate to, that I immediately warmed to him as if he’d been a life-long friend. He is a genuinely sincere, honest, trustworthy, caring & understanding gentleman whose TOTAL dedication & commitment to his work, in achieving the absolute best outcome for his client/s cannot be surpassed. Although he obviously has other clients, he made me feel special & important to the extent that I felt I was his ONLY client. Time was never an issue with Cam– he went out of his way to get to know me & my aspirations - he listens attentively & is never ‘pushy’. His communication & on-going progress updates were absolutely first-rate – never an unanswered or delayed reply to a phone call, SMS or email. His professionalism & knowledge of the real estate market is amazingly excellent & his advice equally invaluable. He negotiated an outstanding & unbelievable result for the sale of my property in a difficult & depressed market - well & truly over & above my wildest expectations. This outcome was achieved due to the extremely long hours of work he puts in - day & night – far, far beyond the ‘call of duty’. In addition to selling my property, he also assisted my husband & I, in researching a property that we were contemplating purchasing – a property advertised with another agent & for which there was no personal ‘gain’ for Cam. We were so appreciative of his willingness to assist us in this way - such integrity is rare & indeed commendable.
