It makes the world of difference to have an agent who is willing to pick up the phone and have a fair discussion about every matter relating to the listing. On the same token, at no stage did I feel pressured by Ryan to make a decision or to agree on a certain price point. Ryan assisted me to purchase my first home and definitely made the process a lot less stressful that it may have been otherwise.
