We cannot speak highly enough, about the experience we had with Cam Jenkinson, when selling our Townhouse recently. We spoke with four other Real Estate Agents before choosing Cam to sell our property. We new what type of Agent we wanted and Cam ticked every box. As our Townhouse was rented at the time, we required an Agent who would be respectful to our tenants and value that this was their home. The Agent needed to be a good communicator and have the ability to liaise with us as well as our tenants and on-site Manager. It was vitally important that the Agent be a good listener & a great negotiator, courteous and well presented at all times. It was also very important that they kept us well informed about every step of the sale. From the outcome of open homes to the final settlement details. With no exaggeration, Cam Jenkinson did all of the above and more, often going beyond what was expected. His prompt responses to any questions or concerns, his calmness and willingness to make our Sale as stress free as possible was very much appreciated. We would definitely use Cam Jenkinson again if we were selling property in the area and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a good, honest and reliable Real Estate Agent who can make the sale of a property a positive experience.

Cameron was a great agent to deal with. He kept us up to date with everything that was going on and even though as first home buyers we had a million questions, he not only always had an answer but he was always willing to answer them. As I now know, buying a house is stressful but Cameron always reassured us. He was easy to deal with and quick to respond to our messages. Would defiantly recommend bradbell and Cameron and if we look to sell in the future we wouldn't go past Brad bell. Thanks guys for making it an easier process for us.

From the moment I met Cameron he was professional, enthusiastic and helpful. Throughout the open houses and selling process, he maintained regular updates and communications. As a first time buyer in Australia and admittedly being a bit sceptical about dealing with agents I would have to admit that dealing with Cameron was a pleasure. Always willing to go above and beyond with regards to arranging extra viewing times and access to the property to allow builders of my choice to help me inspect. Very communicative, happy to explain any details of the process and at no point did I feel pressurised to make decisions quickly. Probably the biggest compliment I can make is that if/when I am looking to purchase again or sell I will definately be in contact with Cameron.
