Five stars arent nearly enough as I couldn’t recommend Cameron and higher. After some less-than-positive experiences with real estate agents in the past, I was genuinely nervous about going through the selling process again, but working with Cameron was a completely different experience. I’m an absolute stress head and had plenty of questions along the way, but Cameron was always incredibly responsive, patient and reassuring. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, made sure I knew exactly what was happening and what was required of me, but never once made me feel pressured or pushed. He is personable, has excellent communication skills and has a good understanding of the real estate market in Townsville. Additionally, he had useful experience of dealing with Defence Housing and his proposed advertising and remuneration package was very competitive. He dealt with some early curve balls from potential buyers and identified the most reliable one within only a couple of weeks of listing. He then efficiently shepherded me through the sale process with a minimum of fuss, liaising along the way with my conveyancer and negotiating a significant premium to the asking price. Overall, I could not fault his service and would not hesitate to recommend him.
