Cameron made the sale process an absolute dream. His property appraisal was incredibly detailed and it compared my property to similar recent sales. He is a highly motivated individual, and was always fast to reply to emails and messages. Once the property was advertised and started to attract offers, he compiled all of the offers into an easy to read email. After an offer was accepted, Cameron continued to maintain effective communication and oversight of everything. At the time of sale, the property was tenanted. Cameron administered all of the Entry Notices, and ensured the tenant was kept informed. I would highly recommend Cameron as the agent of choice.

After a lot of chat with Cameron about the house he sold for us, I can honestly say he is my Hero. Great advice given in the kindest way, even when I thought my place was the best it could be, Cameron guided me to see it from the buyer's point of view.
