On recieving the estimate i was quite supprised at the estimate price for the place( $520.000 to $550.000) And to recieve a bid of $586.000 what can you say Cameron certainly did his homework knows his job and was very well. Loved working with Cameron, he made sure we were kept up to date with the process on his side of the transaction and that we felt comfortable at each stage of the purchase. He followed up the vendor's side throughout to make sure things kept moving towards exchange and that everyone was comfortable with the pace at which we were moving and at no point did we feel like we were under any undue pressure. Also very impressed with Cameron delivering on everything he said he would do, whether it was seeking further clarification from the vendor or following up the solicitor. Utilised Cameron from McGrath as McGrath were also managing the property from a rental perspective. This made things much easier with organising access for inspections, especially during COVID as things were unstable. However there were a few instances from the rental end not communicating through clearly to the sales end. Cameron and his team were great from the start, expectations were clear set and concerns on marketing were met with some revised strategies to help both parties. COVID had a bit impact on the sale and the original strategy, once lifted a sale was quickly received. The original price expectations did drop which is disappointing but there was/is a variety of factors that influenced this. Overall Cameron and team were great to deal with, very open and up front with limited pressure used. Thanks Cameron and team!
