Campbell didn't try to oversell his skills nor our position. He provided a frank assessment of the value and ultimately achieved a sale at the lower level of that range and within our original hopes. He recommended a treaty sale process as opposed to auction as he said he had a data base of clients to tap in the first instance. Within 3 weeks we had sold to one of those prospectives.
